Diabetic Recipe - Heart Healthy Recipe - Gluten Free RecipeYield: 8 Servings 1 1/2 cups Splenda
2 cups water
4 cups cranberries
1 envelope sugar free cranberry gelatin (if cranberry is not available, can use unflavored)Combine splenda and water. Bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer for 5 minutes.
Chop the cranberries and add to the water mixture and cook for additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
