Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Cranberry sauce is a staple at Thanksgiving, but most commercial brands are loaded with sugar and calories. Make this sugar-free cranberry sauce with fresh cranberries and only 27 calories.

Yield: 8 Servings

Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups Splenda
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups cranberries
  • 1 envelope sugar free cranberry gelatin (if cranberry is not available, can use unflavored)
  • Combine splenda and water. Bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Chop the cranberries and add to the water mixture and cook for additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Add gelatin and cool in the refrigerator.
