Tips for a Good Night's Sleep

 

  • Have a regular bed time and waking time even on weekends
  • Do something relaxing before bedtime, such as take a warm bath or listen to quite music
  • Have a comfortable and supportive mattress
  • Keep the bedroom dark, quite, and at a comfortable temperature
  • Don't take long or late afternoon naps
  • Exercise at least four to five house before bedtime
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine after 4 p.m.
