Yield: 8 servings

In a large pot, sauté turkey, onion, peppers and garlic powder in cooking spray until turkey is cooked through.
Add beans, broth, water and seasonings to pot. Bring to a boil and continue to simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and mix in sour cream and milk. Serve immediately.
