The Wescott Society is named in honor of Lloyd B. Wescott (1907-1990), distinguished philanthropist, civic leader, and patron of the arts, agriculture and healthcare in our community. Mr. Wescott was a founding Trustee of the Hunterdon Medical Center, serving as Chairman from 1951 to 1976.
The Wescott Society was established as a testimonial to Mr. Wescott and the power of individual giving. Membership is extended to honor and recognize forward-thinking individuals who contribute to Hunterdon Medical Center Foundation through one or more of the following deferred or planned gifts:
- Providing for us in your will
- Making a gift of life insurance
- Establishing a charitable remainder trust or charitable lead trust
- Purchasing a gift annuity through the Hunterdon Medical Center Foundation
- Invitations to special programs, events and seminars
- Invitations for personal tours and communications featuring updates on the latest treatments and services
