The HypnoBirth philosophy is that pain can be blocked with the use of hypnosis, a naturally induced state of relaxed concentration.

Cost: $46 per couple or single; Grandparents free of charge with registered couple, but $20 fee for grandparents attending without registered couple.

Baby Signs
Single 1.5 hour class
Friday, March 14, 6:30 7:30 pm
Teach your hearing baby to sign. Babies who learn to sign are less frustrated, have parents who are less frustrated, and speak earlier than other babies. Babies must at least be 6 months of age.

Mom Time

Its great to be a mom but at times youre not so happy. Having a baby can be stressful. Meet other mothers who feel like you. Come join us at the Rocking Horse Club. No cost or registration required. Children are welcome. Dont worry if youre late, if your baby is crying, or if you need to nurse your baby at the meeting. Meetings are held in Meeting Room D. Come in through the main entrance, go left at the main elevators down Corridor A. Meeting Room D is at the end of the hallway on the left right before the Cancer Center entrance.
The Happiest Baby on the Block

Expectant and new parents of babies younger than 3 months will learn how to help their babies sleep longer, and how to soothe the fussiest infant in minutes or less! Bring your baby!
