Pulse whole wheat bread into crumbs using food processor or blender. Add all ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Divide mixture into eight portions. Roll into balls and then flatten. In a skillet sprayed with cooking spray, cook crab cakes over medium heat until golden brown. Serve immediately with a lemon wedge.
