First, spray a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray and sauté mushrooms until tender, drain if needed. Mix mushrooms with the remaining ingredients and form 6 hamburger patties. Grill for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature is approximately 160 degrees. Serve on light whole wheat buns with desired toppings.
