Strawberry Blintzes

This delicious strawberry blintze recipe has less than 140 calories per serving! Serve it for breakfast or dessert.

 

With 10 grams of protein and only 148 calories, it is a fantastic tasty low fat meal for anyone watching their waistline.

Yield: 4 servings

Strawberry Blintzes

  • 4 whole wheat crepes
  • 4 large chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup fat free pineapple cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp sugar free pancake syrup
  • Place 1/4 cup of cottage cheese on each crepe and top with one chopped strawberry. Roll up the crepe and top with 1 tbsp of sugar free pancake dressing (and a slice of strawberry for garnish).
