Watch Us Cook Roasted Turkey & Orange Cranberry Rolls - Health eCooking™ Show

This easy appetizer uses leftover turkey from your holiday turkey dinner. Make ahead and cut up for party appetizer portions, or serve as a turkey wrap for lunch.

 

Diabetic Recipe - Heart Healthy Recipe

Yield: 6 servings

  • 1 cup plain hummus
  • 3 Tbsp. dried cranberries, chopped finely
  • Zest of 1 medium orange, grated
  • 1 lb roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • 6 x 6” whole grain (high fiber) tortilla wraps
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine hummus with cranberries and orange zest. Reserve. Spread hummus on tortilla. Cover with turkey slices.

    Roll tightly. Refrigerate for an hour to allow wrap to soften.

    Trim edges of each roll with a sharp knife. Cut into 3 1 ˝” to 2” rolls. Cut each roll diagonally into 2 pieces. Stand each piece on its flat side. Serve chilled
