In a medium mixing bowl, combine hummus with cranberries and orange zest. Reserve. Spread hummus on tortilla. Cover with turkey slices.
Roll tightly. Refrigerate for an hour to allow wrap to soften.
Trim edges of each roll with a sharp knife. Cut into 3 1 ˝” to 2” rolls. Cut each roll diagonally into 2 pieces. Stand each piece on its flat side. Serve chilled
