Exercise Should Be Fun and Easy

Exercise is important, keep it fun and easy and you'll find yourself achieving a healthy life

Physical activity is absolutely essential to wellness. Experts agree that at least 30 to 60 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise on four to five days of the week will enhance your fitness level. Exercise has numerous positive effects on the body; it lowers the risk of cardiovascular diseases, colon cancer and diabetes.

It can also help you achieve healthy blood pressure and proper body weight, and strengthens bones, joints and muscles. It is important to build a diverse exercise routine; this will help prevent boredom. Here are some tips to help construct your exercise schedule:

  • Choose multiple activities and alternate them as much as possible.
  • Set realistic exercise goals; this will help increase your chance of success.
  • Keep a regular schedule.
