Growing up in India, Dr. Priti S. Gujar loved to paint. “If I had not gone into medicine, I would have gone into art,” she says. She brings creativity and compassion to her practice.

“Geriatrics is a highly complex and fascinating field and I really love working with the older folks. They have so much to share,” she notes.

Dr. Gujar, who is also a member of Hunterdon Medical Center’s Wound Care team, received her medical degree from Grant Medical College in Mumbai, India. She then completed her residency in family medicine at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and her fellowship in geriatric medicine at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
