The HBF's B-empowered community program, led by Peggy Farley, HBF community relations coordinator, and Fonta Reilly, education coordinator, provides hepatitis B information to a "welfare-to-work" audience in a lively, interactive eductional forum. These individuals receive services from the Pennsylvania Bucks County Office of Employment and Training, which asked the HBF to develop a presentation for this "at-risk" population.
