Pottstown Memorial Regional Cancer Center & Fox Chase Cancer: Celebrating 10-Year Partnership of Fighting Cancer

This year marks Pottstown Memorial Regional Cancer Center’s 10th anniversary as a Fox Chase Cancer Center Partner. This valuable partnership allows PMRCC to provide access to the most advanced cancer treatments available for local residents, right here at home.

“Pottstown has been a great Partner for Fox Chase Cancer Center,” says Dr. Paul Engstrom, Medical Director of Fox Chase Cancer Center Partners. “Over the years its staff has made great contributions to our program, especially in clinical research. We look forward to continuing this relationship for many years.”

Pottstown Memorial Regional Cancer Center is accredited by: American College of Surgeons as a Community Hospital Cancer Program, Outstanding Achievement Award and the American College of Radiation Oncology.

Comprehensive multidisciplinary cancer treatment includes:

  • Access to a full range of advanced cancer treatments and therapies

  • Board-certified physicians in medical oncology, hematology oncology, radiation oncology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, urology and surgery

  • Patient-centered care by a multidisciplinary team of oncology-certified nurses, radiation therapists, registered dieticians, case managers, pharmacists, physical and occupational therapists, Home Care nurses and chaplain and hospice
