After many months of evaluation and planning, PMMC is getting ready to start another round of service and facility enhancements on the hospital campus. To meet the increasing demands of our community, we are preparing to build a new critical care unit, add telemetry beds and offer new services such as advanced wound care and hyberbaric oxygen therapy.

Our plans also include relocating and expanding our endoscopy and neuro diagnostic centers to make them more convenient for our patients, and continuing our program of renovating patient care units and other public areas. The entire project will take approximately 18 months to complete, and will be phased in to minimize any interruption of service.

In addition to our building projects, we have also recruited new surgeons and specialists to our medical staff, and have expanded our primary care capabilities with a new office in Limerick.
