Of all the things that people visit
a hospital for, two of the most
important are: emergency care and
surgery. That’s why we’ve spent so much
of the past 18 months developing, streamlining
and expanding those services.
We’re especially proud of our Emergency Department, one of the most modern, equipped and efficient in the tri-county area. A sudden illness or injury may seem like something simple, but when it’s not, you’re better off being treated at a facility that has the resources to handle real emergencies.
The same holds true for surgery, and we’re very proud of efforts that have led to the addition of eight new surgeons to our medical staff. Our ability to handle both routine and emergency cases in orthopedic, vascular, general, plastic and ENT surgery has never been better, and we are excited to bring this level of care to our community.
Later this year, we will begin the first phase of our major facility upgrade (see cover story) and introduce some new services, including wound care.
All the while, our constant focus on providing patients with quality care and customer service remains at the core of what we do, every day.
