Strawberry Pineapple Mold

This fat free dessert uses sugar free Jell-o and crushed pineapple, sure to please any sweet tooth.

 

This recipe is heart healthy. This recipe is diabetes friendly.

Yield: Makes 6 (4-ounce) servings

  • 2 three-ounce Sugar Free Strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 eight-ounce Fat Free Cool Whip
  • 1 eight-ounce can crushed pineapple
  • Drain pineapple. Boil 1 ½ cups of water- dissolve immediately with Jello-O mix. Add 8 ice cubes into the mixture until the ice cubes dissolve. Stir. Fold in cool whip and pineapple. Pour mixture into Jell-O mold container. Refrigerate overnight or until completely jelled.
