Using portabella mushrooms and egg whites and ground turkey breast, these burgers are only 250 calories a piece (burger, bun and cheese). Enjoy these turkey burgers at your next BBQ.

Yield: 6 servings

Preheat grill or skillet to medium high heat In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well combine, do not over mix.
Form meat mixture into 6-4oz patties.
Place patties on grill or skillet cook until light brown, about 8 minutes. Flip burger and cook additional 6-8 minutes.
Place cheese and desired condiments on bun with burger. Enjoy!
