Low Fat Ranch Dressing

This healthier, homemade ranch dressing has only 1 gram of fat per Tbsp. compared to 7 grams of fat in its store-bought counterpart. This dressing is also thick enough to use as a vegetable dip.

Yield: 32 servings (16 ounces)

  • 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light buttermilk
  • Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until served.
