Grilled Marinated Turkey London Broil

This healthy Turkey London Broil rivals traditional Beef London Broils. This recipe blends together a variety of different flavors to give the turkey a surprising and unique flavor.

Yield: 12 Servings

  • 2 1/2 lb turkey breast
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce (Use 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce for even less sodium)
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 bottle beer
  • Combine all and marinate for three hours in a sealed, plastic storage bag. Grill 8 minutes on each side on medium-high heat.
