Orange Pineapple Shake with Yogurt and Honey

Try this refreshing fat free shake for breakfast instead of coffee or with lunch instead of a soda

Fortified orange juice and yogurt boost your calcium intake. Citric acid and Vitamin C naturally enhance calcium absorption.

This recipe is heart healthy. This recipe is diabetes friendly.

Yield: 2 servings

  • 1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • In a blender combine the juices, yogurt and honey. Blend. Pour into two glasses and garnish with orange twists or fresh mint leaves.
