Blueberry Cantaloupe Yogurt Parfaits

Here is a low calorie parfaits recipe packed with super foods. It is so versatile that it can be served for breakfast, snack or a dessert.

 

With less than 100 calories a serving, you can even have two. They are loaded with antioxidants provided by the blueberries and cantaloupe, and they are entirely fat free.

This recipe is heart healthy. This recipe is diabetes friendly.

Yield 4 servings

  • 2 - 6 oz containers (2 cups) nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • Divide and layer yogurt, blueberries and cantaloupe into 4 glasses.
