Yield: 16 servings or 36 wontons (servings are 2 wontons)
Preheat oven to 350º.
Fit one wonton wrapper into each of 36 mini muffin cups coated with cooking spray, pressing the wrappers into the sides of the cups. Bake wontons at 350º for 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Keep wontons in muffin cups. Combine cheese and remaining ingredients, and spoon 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture into each wonton cup. Bake at 350º for 6 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from muffin cups. Serve immediately.
