Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

This cheesy spinach artichoke dip is an INCREDIBLE hit at any party. It is super easy and healthy. You can serve it with veggies or whole grain crackers. It is heart healthy.

This recipe is an INCREDIBLE hit at any party. It is super easy and super healthy. You can serve with veggies to dip or whole grain crackers.

This recipe is diabetes friendly.

Yield: 12 servings

spinach artichoke dip, spinach and artichoke dip, hot dip recipe

  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach
  • 1 15 ounce can artichoke hearts minced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Thaw spinach in microwave and drain of excess water. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and mozzarella cheese with spinach and minced artichokes. Add in garlic powder and freshly ground black pepper. Spread mixture evenly in small casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
