Guilt Free Sweet Potato French Fries

These sweet potato french fries are lower in sodium, sweeter and much healthier than deep fried french fries. They have only 70 calories and less than one gram of fat per serving.

This recipe is Heart Healthy. This recipe is Diabetes Friendly.

Yield: 6 servings

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut sweet potatoes into 1/4 sticks.

    Place cooling rack on top of cookie sheet, spread potatoes in a single layer on top of cooling rack. Make sure potatoes are very dry.

    Spray lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle salt, pepper, rosemary and Parmesan cheese over top of potatoes.

    Cook at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until desired crispiness.
