Diabetic Recipe - Heart Healthy RecipeYield: 2 servings 1 large tomato, cut into 1/4-inch slices
A pinch of salt
A pinch of garlic powder
2 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Fresh basil leaves
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp oregano
Freshly ground black pepperSeason tomato slices with salt and garlic powder.
Stack one mozzarella slice, one tomato slice, and one basil leaf and arrange stacks on plate.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with oregano and freshly ground black pepper.
