Baldwin Publishing, a health and food media company, is looking for an experienced SEO Consultant and Digital Strategy Expert to build an audience for our new recipe website.<\/p>\n
The Digital Strategy Consultant may work remotely to provide strategy, recommend SEO tools, duplicate content advice and AI preparedness guidelines to create a content optimization model for a robust recipe website. We want you to recommend messaging and communications strategies that connect with a health-focused audience and advertisers.<\/p>\n

Digital Content Skills and Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Experience developing optimization strategies for recipes and blogs.<\/li>\n
- A strong understanding of Google\u2019s recipe and content algorithm and the key factors that can impact visibility in search results.<\/li>\n
- Experience performing keyword research using Google Trends and other SEO platforms to identify real-time trending searches, keywords and topics.<\/li>\n
- Understanding of SEO best practices to advise editorial and recipe development teams with site and story optimization.<\/li>\n
- Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as (or similar to) Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SimilarWeb, Chartbeat, Google Analytics, Parse.ly, SEMRush, Screaming Frog.<\/li>\n
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to explore data to measure and report on search performance.<\/li>\n
- Strong competence in preparing reports and sharing data insights and SEO guidelines with editorial teams.<\/li>\n
- Ability to develop and test hypotheses based on insights from audience targeting and analyses.<\/li>\n
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including the ability to recognize and identify indexing and crawl issues.<\/li>\n
- Ability to identify and document product requirements for the improvement of the publishing platform to assist in SEO.<\/li>\n
- Experience or knowledge of site migrations including preparation, planning and common pitfalls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
