Except that UVA isn\u2019t selling them, they\u2019re <em>giving<\/em> the cookbooks to women who sign up for their Club Red Heart Health Program.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Club Red is a women\u2019s heart health initiative meant to educate and engage. The emphasis is on personal experience. Members meet with a clinician and then follow their clinician&#8217;s advice on the Club Red website\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150910170342\/https:\/www.facebook.com\/uvaclubred?fref=nf\">Facebook page<\/a>. The most popular content on the site is the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150910170342\/http:\/wp.baldwinpublishing.com\/employee-wellness-programs\">Health eCooking<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0recipes, fitness videos and nutrition content produced by Baldwin Publishing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has become a lifestyle resource,\u201d says Shea Vaughn, Marketing PR Specialist at UVA Health System. The content encourages members to \u201cmake small, easy lifestyle changes that have a huge impact on their overall heart health.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Man, do we love to hear feedback like that!<\/p>\n<p>The healthy encouragement kicks off when new members receive a welcome package with a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150910170342\/http:\/wp.baldwinpublishing.com\/custom-healthy-cookbooks\">Health eCooking cookbook <\/a>called \u201cCooking with Club Red.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The cookbooks and Club Red program have become enormously popular.
