A national survey by Consumer Reports<\/a> found that nearly one in five people say they have accepted charitable food donations since the start of the pandemic. Some families are doing the best they can at the supermarket, but are limiting or skipping healthy foods that would typically make it into their shopping cart.<\/p>\n
