Baldwin Publishing is committed to making our Content Portals (“Portals”) including the Licensed Content (“Content”) accessed by means of our Portals accessible to persons with disabilities and compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our Portals and access to our Content are designed and delivered to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA guidelines.

Your request will be referred to the appropriate department. The department will respond to you and we will do our very best to provide you with an alternate format of the requested material. To help us respond effectively, indicate the nature of the accessibility problem, your preferred format (PDF, text, standard print, large print, etc.), the web address where the requested material is located, and your full contact information so we can reach you if questions arise while fulfilling your request.

Baldwin makes no representation as to the accessibility or ADA compliance of our Content if it is downloaded from a Pick ‘n Post portal or API since in those cases Baldwin is not implementing the presentation of the Content.
