Join us at the 2022 HCIC conference to learn how Baldwin Publishing helps a large health system manage multiple blogs on hospital websites.

Are you struggling to write new blogs on a regular basis for your health website? Not sure what the best strategy is for keeping your blog fresh and relevant? Do you have limited resources to dedicate to blog management? Then you’ll want to hear how Universal Health Services (UHS) developed a better blog strategy to manage blogs for their 28 hospital websites

At this year’s Healthcare Internet Conference #HCIC2022, Universal Health Services, along with Baldwin Publishing, will jointly present a digital marketing case study titled: How UHS Developed a Content Strategy Versatile and Efficient Enough to Manage Blogs for 28 Hospitals. During this presentation, you’ll learn how UHS’s marketing/communications team uses health content created by Baldwin to tackle the monumental task of managing all of the organization’s blogs.

A Glimpse into How UHS’s Health Content Strategy Evolved

Baldwin Publishing initially partnered with UHS in 2017, creating health and wellness content for the organization’s 28 acute care hospital websites. Over the next five years, the health system’s content strategy evolved, and so did the health content Baldwin created to meet their needs.

In addition to offering health content in a plug-and-play portal that was seamlessly integrated into UHS hospital websites, Baldwin expanded its content offering to include articles and graphics that aligned with important health observances so the hospitals could post timely content on social media.

When UHS decided to launch blogs on three hospital websites last year, Baldwin rolled out a digital health content shopping cart, making it easy for the organization to select targeted content for their hospital blogs. This year, the health system’s communications team expanded its digital strategy to add a dozen more blogs to hospital websites across the system.

Even with an internal team of 21 digital marketing professionals, this expansive blog project is a massive undertaking, but the health content offered by Baldwin makes it more manageable. In the HCIC session, marketing executives from UHS will explain how they have developed an efficient and effective content strategy, creating a better blog strategy that respects the time constraints of an already busy digital team.
