Account Manager/Sales Leader

Baldwin Publishing is a health content agency currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Bucks County, PA. This person will work with our highest potential accounts, as well as teammates in sales and marketing to ensure the best client experience with our digital and print products.

As Account Manager you should have experience in digital marketing strategy: Web & Email campaigns and PPC and Social Media campaigns. We value candidates who have digital sales experience. You should feel comfortable talking with professional marketers from the VP of Marketing to the IT Staff.

How you’ll MANAGE EXISTING CLIENTS

  • Help setup new accounts for success
  • Educate and train new accounts on how to get maximum use from our content and solutions
  • Create ROI reports and explain content marketing results for each client's digital products
  • You’ll call, email and connect with clients on social media
  • Work proactively to identify potential issues within an account and address it before it becomes a problem
  • Identify areas of potential growth with existing customers by working with clients to find cross-sell opportunities

How you’ll GROW HIGH POTENTIAL ACCOUNTS

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify opportunities for growth within accounts
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure lasting satisfaction

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate digital content & technology solutions in person and via web presentations
  • Understand and explain marketing technology, Google analytics, and evolving marketing concepts and trends
  • Develop consultative/solution selling opportunities
  • Excel at customer service
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Multi-task and adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
  • Work well independently and collaboratively

Personal SKILLS and Technical EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of digital account management or sales experience with a focus on customer-facing sales or advertising account management
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Go-to-Meeting, Power Point
  • Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
  • Great listener who can help clients feel heard while also getting to the root cause of the issues
  • Problem solving mindset oriented towards finding creative solutions
  • A great teammate who can find common ground and constructively solve issues
  • Ability to think big picture while also focusing on the details
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
